I had such a great experience at this Bath & Body Works thanks to Ashley. They went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. They were SO friendly, patient, knowledgeable about the products, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. It’s rare to come across someone so attentive and positive. Horrible service! Was there just an hour ago 2 employees stood gossiping one blonde the other had black hair with I think blue or purple in it. My husband and I were by the plug ins they were gossiping by the sink next to us, never asked if we needed help at all. Then the line got long and the blonde said loudly “ why is there a line” so maybe instead of gossiping help your customers who are spending good money in your store. Will never come to this location ever again
