I called, very politely, to ask about a mini body cream and body spray that my husband got me literally 3 or 4 days ago. I wasn't excited about the scent, so I haven't used it. I called and asked about an exchange or how that would work. The girl on the phone was incredibly rude. At one point I didn't understand what she said, so I said, "I'm sorry, you were saying what about pricing?"to which she sighed from annoyance to re-explain.
