Love the products, but it's almost impossible to get around in a wheelchair in here. I know I can order online, and have done so, but I like to visit and smell the products before purchasing. It's absolutely not wheelchair friendly.
Had an online order to pick up. Went in four girls are working none of which want to talk to me, acknowledge me, or answer my question on things I wanna buy in the store. And it was almost as if they didn’t want to go get my online order for me either. I’ve never had this problem at a Bath and Bodyworks store but then again I usually go to the two Ogden locations.
