This place has gone down hill, the people that work there didn't even greet us when we walked. They only stood at the register and talked. And when I asked for some assistance, I asked if they had a sent in the back and the old grey haired lady I unfortunately didn't get her name. She huffed and proceeded to check the back and they had none which is fine. But I asked if she knew when she's get it agian, she proceeded to say "whenever we get it" absolutely disgusting. Was not greated like other stores, Was rather rude, ignored me acted like I the customer wasn't speaking to them. Then wouldn't let me pay the difference coupon I had was for a free body care item and I would have to paid like 3 or 4 dollars over the coupon. They wouldn't allow that so I had to get something different. Very crappy experience.. won't be going back. The Bedford store is so much better!!
