A few of the staff are very rude at this location. Jenn is absolutely rude and has a bad customer service attitude. The lady with grey hair is also rude always has been when I have went into this store and should not be in retail. Manager is also not friendly either. Overall not a welcoming place.
Diane was able to help me retrieve the perfect gifts for Christmas. She went out of her way to provide outstanding customer care and kindness!
I went to look to see if they had their Christmas candle three wick Candles out, cause I was already in the area of the store. I went up to that employee named Taylor. She was by the Disney stuff restocking stuff. I asked her if they had any other Christmas candles out and she's basically said we are still in fall would I completely understand that some stores don't have everything but I was just asking a simple question and this is what I got in response to my question I asked her as well !
