Very disappointed with my experience. I was unable to redeem my birthday freebie because the website was having issues and wasn’t working. I was told by another employee that showing my ID would be enough to verify my birthday and receive the freebie, but when I arrived, the manager refused to honor it. It was frustrating to be denied something because of a problem that was out of my control. I expected better customer service and a more reasonable solution.
This would’ve been a 1 star if it hadn’t been for one very helpful employee. However, there was one employee that was so rude and disrespectful for no reason at all. She might have been having a bad day, but it’s no reason to be short and have attitude with customers who are being nothing but nice.
A few of the staff are very rude at this location. Jenn is absolutely rude and has a bad customer service attitude. The lady with grey hair is also rude always has been when I have went into this store and should not be in retail. Manager is also not friendly either. Overall not a welcoming place.
Diane was able to help me retrieve the perfect gifts for Christmas. She went out of her way to provide outstanding customer care and kindness!
