I want to preface this: the rating I'm providing is only about a single employee situation. The whole team (besides that 1 employee) have been wonderful. Zero complaints on the products, store, or other staff who helped us check out. The older woman greeter at this location is aggressive. Had a 3 day sale. Great prices.
If I could give zero stars I would I came in yesterday to purchase some of your plug-ins. I paid five for $28 then today they’re on sale for $2.95 so I brought back my items to do an exchange to get the sale price and was told that they could not do that. I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars in the stores lost my business forever. That’s absolutely ridiculous. I had my receipt.
