The Bath & Body Works at this mall was pretty good. The sales they have are always amazing and the staff are always friendly and accommodating.
My experience was great! My mahogany/coconut was shattered by impact of the other candle . Candle was replaced & of course I picked up.a few more great things. Cute/Sturdy soap holder. & candle holder. Excellent customer service ! Appreciate you Sophia & all staff helping .
I love Bath and Body and I have been buying their products for over 30 years. I had purchased a large amount of products during on of their major sales events (they have smaller events as well), and the nozzle on one of the body sprays stopped working. Although I had to wait over a month for a replacement because they sold out of the size I needed during Christmas, they were very accommodating to replace it even though I hadn’t kept my receipt.
