This Bath and Body Works is by far the best. As a member of the LGBTQ community the store is always very welcoming and inclusive. The staff is very nice and they take time to listen to your questions and direct you to the best products for you. Always a fun time in the store.
I just wanna say the Store is so helpful and happy. They know how to have a good time but when it comes to the customer, they are very helpful. I came in a few weeks ago and I believe I ran across Brittany, Michelle, Dawn, Ashley and Dani. Team power.
I had such a wonderful experience with Dani the other day! She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for. She demo tested different scents and was so patient in helping me narrow down exactly what I was missing. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Dani went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate her amazing customer service!
