Always solid customer service and stocked with my faves.
I experienced great service here and they have excellent products. I don't really have the budget to shop here often this year, but despite that I thought it was a worthwhile expense. I don't really get to say that very often.
I have a physical disability and requested that my purchase be brought to me as I was parked in front of the business. Right away the answer is no because I was told I need to verify my identity in the store. Bath and Body works identifies in store pick ups by either an email receipt or an ID, both of which can be verified at my car. Finally, after speaking to two different managers, a staff person brought my item to my car. This is the second time this store refused to provide a reasonable accommodation, which is law.
