I usually shop at this location because it's close to home and because I normally get really good customer service. For whatever reason, today was different and unfortunately I won't return to this store. I walked in with my daughter and wasn't greeted by either of the two employees standing next to the door, which is weird because I usually smile and say hi to the employees, so it wasn't like I was giving off bad vibes. Amazing service! The aroma in the air is beautiful. Great deals, great smiles and a great location. The princess and Easter collection was wonderful and smells alluring. It's a great place for gifts and to definitely treat yourself!
Outstanding Customer Service Experience at Bath & Body Works! From the moment I walked into Bath & Body Works, I felt so welcomed—the atmosphere was warm and pleasant. I would rate this location 0 stars if I could. Chanel is extremely rude and I've even heard her being rude to the other employees. All of the managers are uncaring and seem to only be here for a check. I've never had a good experience at this location. I won't be going back unless staff changes are made or they get proper training in customer service. It's a bad look on the company.
So friendly and helpful. Tiah has helped Mr several times, knows her stuff and great with customers
