As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted and shown everything I was looking for. The store was easy to navigate with very friendly staff. Fallon was a great cashier and helped me with everything.

I am disappointed with the level of customer service I received during my recent visit. What should have been a simple two-minute checkout process turned into a 30-minute issue due to multiple mistakes made during the transaction. I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. My order was canceled because I was 4 minutes late to pick it up, even though I had called ahead to ask for one more day since I got called into work. I redid the order through customer service, and although the representative read everything back correctly, it was still entered wrong. They told me they would honor the original online price and gave me a ticket code to use at pickup, but when I went to the store, they said they couldn’t use the code or honor it. I visited Bath & Body Works store in Nampa to take advantage of an expiring coupon. The store manager "Summer" refused to honor my coupon. I read the coupon and asked her to show me the limitation of the coupon. She did not as the rule she made up was not printed on the coupon. I left and took my business to another retailer of "wallflowers refills".
