As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted and shown everything I was looking for. The store was easy to navigate with very friendly staff. Fallon was a great cashier and helped me with everything.
I am disappointed with the level of customer service I received during my recent visit. What should have been a simple two-minute checkout process turned into a 30-minute issue due to multiple mistakes made during the transaction. Throughout the situation, I remained patient and respectful while waiting for the matter to be resolved.
