Have been coming here at this location frequently & have always been satisfied, specifically went today & thought they still had a sale for specific items but didn’t know it ended so quickly. The lady that assisted me was able to accommodate me anyway so thought that was awesome, overall customer service was amazing so thank you :)
To the person that gave a bad review due to the air conditioning, I just wanted to come here and say every time I’ve been in that store I’ve actually been cold however, Virginia is in a heat wave right now so it would make sense if the temperatures are hotter than normal. The associates are also always overly friendly in a good way where that review isn’t an accurate representation of the stores overall environment itself. I always prefer this location due to the helpfulness of the staff.
Friendly staff, located in a great shopping center, but the actual location within the shopping center is not the best. Store is located nowhere near the handicapped parking, and if you go anytime later on in the day you end up having to hike just to get into the store. Once you get in the store, that's where the real problems start. For some abominable reason, their air conditioning system is the worst!
