My experience with this location is that they suck at online pick up’s. Either they don’t have the personnel or they don’t care to take care of the online orders coming in. I placed an online order around 8pm, I called the store the next day to check on my order around 3pm and was told I needed to wait longer - (another day) TWO DAYS later my order was ready. And since they waited two days to gather my items a lot of what I selected was already out of stock.
Do not recommend this location. Manager does not allow you to stack coupons even though the coupon clearly states “may be combined…with MyB&BW loyalty rewards offers”. I only purchased $40 worth of hand soaps to utilize the $10 off coupon but was denied the ability to do so. Per cashier “our manager told us yesterday we’re not allowed to use that coupon” with the $2.99 hand soap price for loyalty members. Very disappointed in this location and the managers lack of knowledge of corporate coupons.
