No customer service at all, the greeter was watching videos on her phone didn’t ask if i needed anything. Stood in line for 5 minutes while the girl not only saw me but continued putting product away and using her phone as well. Gave them the benefit of doubt and walked around again and told them i was ready to checked out and the girl said “ok”. i walked out and didn’t buy anything. Horrible customer service.
Emilie helped really well with my service yesterday when I came in! :) She was patient and kind when I was downloading and signing up in the rewards app to get my coupon. There was another worker that helped me, but my dumbass forgot to ask for her name as well. :( Overall, my experience at this store was wonderful and was magical since I got my disney fragrance set at a reasonable price. Thanks so much!
Customer service is nonexistent here. Walked in to not only be ignored by not one but two workers. I get it’s your busiest season but that is no way to treat customers. I’ve been to busier locations and still been greeted and helped regardless.
