Jessica and Tiffany deserve a raise! I was super excited about the Mandalorian launch and had to go call this store to see if they had the Grogu Car Scent holder - which they did. I spoke with Jessica and she put it aside for me. I came immediately after - and spent about 1 hr at the store. (It's been a while since I'd been) and both Jessica and Tiffany were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and so nice. The store looked immaculate - fully stocked and organized. My daughter, a wheelchair user, went to the Plainville, CT Bath and Bodywork’s on 04/24/26, to return an unused item. She called into to the store, to ask for assistance bringing in her return, it was rather cumbersome. The associate/manager(?) informed my daughter that the store policy was to provide no assistance to any customers outside of the store. I called the next day and was able to talk to Emma, who referred to herself as a manager, technically a “key holder”. She confirmed store policy was to assist no one outside ... read more
