Love the store. Great selection. Pretty tidy for the most part. A little smaller and gets congested during holidays. They usually have really great sales. Floor staff if very helpful, however I find the cashier's to be a bit in their own world, having loud personal conversations amongst themselves and not being attentive or giving great customer service. Not bad, but not good.... Just so so
very pleasant staff. I went on a crazy sale day and the staff was very friendly and still very helpful. they managed the crowds very well
So excited to be shopping there this season. Staff were fabulous!!
I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but I had an experience at this store that I believe management should be aware of to help prevent future issues. During a recent visit, I was asked to insert my card to look up a receipt. Unfortunately, the system couldn’t locate it, so I left without purchasing anything. However, when I got to my car, I noticed a charge on my card. I returned to the store, where managers verified that my card had indeed been charged for items I hadn’t purchased.
