Went to the Eastvale store and the service was above and beyond helping me locate an item I was looking for.
Date: December 26, 2025 Location: Bath & Body Works – Eastvale, California Today I had a very disappointing experience at the Eastvale Bath & Body Works. I waited in line for about 30 minutes just to get into the store. As a man shopping for men’s products—because I genuinely enjoy Bath & Body Works items—I asked a sales associate whether the men’s products were on sale in-store the same way they were advertised online. The website to order is horrendous. In no option can I pick the up the item. It makes you pay for the shipping. Frustrating.
Nice, newer store that is clean with a good selection. However I had asked Kat to do a simple price check for me and she left and never came back to me. She then did proceed to help a girl in front of me in line. And then when I left I walked past her and she didn't help me again. I ended up asking Fatima and she answered my question and was nice. Otherwise I would leave a 5 stat review if it wasn't for Kat's performance.
