I absolutely love this place! Jessica was AMAZING! I was having trouble picking out a gift, and finding a specific product, and she went above and beyond to help me. If I could give more stars I would! Will definitely be coming back! :)
I normally enjoy shopping at Bath & Body Works, but I was disappointed by my experience on June 6, 2026, at approximately 12:12 p.m at the Sherman, Tx location. After selecting our purchases, we proceeded to the checkout area. During the transaction, the two employees at the registers appeared more focused on discussing a previous customer and commenting on how old that person looked for their age than on assisting customers at the counter. Terrible service!! On Saturday June 6th, I had the worst service EVER at this store. We checked out and Jessica the girl who checked us out was extremely rude!! Never said hello or can I help you. NOTHING!!! I asked about my coupons and she was so put out and was too busy on her cell phone. She tossed my change at me. Never looked at me once or said thank you have a good night. She just walked away. Not once did she look at me!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!! SERVICE!!!
