The employees were very friendly and helpful, and I found exactly what I needed quickly and got checked out and used all my coupons in my app! I love the products here!
Come here instead of the Arlington Highlands location. The employee at the highlands location looked me dead in my eyes and told me they can't do an even exchange on wall plugs that don't work anymore because B&BW changed their policy. She had a very nasty attitude and obviously just didn't want to do it. I went to this Lake Prairie town crossing location and the lady had no problem doing an even exchange for the same wall plug even without a receipt as long as i showed my ID and told me if the wall plug no longer works you ... read more
