Hands down top-notch customer service by Elissa. Not only did she save me from using my 25% off coupon since I had a reward on my account that I had completely forgotten about, but she went the extra mile with assisting me with a specific product I have been debating trying. Absolutely horrible customer service. The two ladies working the front today around 4 were so rude.. they kept saying “online only” when it clearly says IN STORES.
