I am visiting from the U.K. for 2 weeks and ordered couple times online the orders was ready to pick up within a few hours. When I visited the store with my 10 year old son wanting a body spray for his girlfriend the lady was very helpful giving him suggestions. I visited again but had issues with my bank blocking payments, the assistant Jazmin was extremely patient with me and called her manager over when we couldn’t figure it out. Worst location ever!! Associates just standing around talking to one another. I guess because I don’t look like them no assistance was offered. I walked out the store. Remember, the consumer help keeps the business in business 🙄
