Great selection of candles and regular sales and deals!
This location has a huge variety and good customer service. However when I order pickup my order is usually wrong. Although they are good about returns and exchanges it is becoming an inconvenience to having to keep going to the store to correct their mistakes. So I am loosing out. I recommend checking your order yourself before you leave because they call themselves checking it. They are just counting quantity.
Ashley the store manager and her entire crew are absolutely AMAZING!!!🤩 Thank you, Ashley, Katie, Harley, Angela and everyone I missed for the genuine empathy that you all displayed to me and the other customers standing in line for the Disney Princess Collection. Your exemplar customer service in ensuring that items were still readily available for those of us standing in the rain has made Landstown my favorite BBW in all of Hampton Roads!
