I shop here all the time for my body care stuff and I always look for the deals and use my rewards. Well I bought 3 and 3 and none of the were free like its advertised. I had an award for a free product and that wasn't used as well and now its no longer in my rewards. I dont understand how you can advertise buy this many and get this many free when in reality none of them are free. All you do is adjust the price to look like it is free. The young lady Kelsey was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She helped me find the exact scents I was looking for and just smiled the whole time. I am a manger in retail and I would love an employee like her. So eager, and ready to go above and beyond. Never disappointed when shopping at the South Hill Mall store.
