The young lady Kelsey was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She helped me find the exact scents I was looking for and just smiled the whole time. I am a manger in retail and I would love an employee like her. So eager, and ready to go above and beyond. Never disappointed when shopping at the South Hill Mall store.
