I’m a frequent flyer at this location. The manager Sierra, employee Lisa, and everyone else is super sweet. They’re honest about their inventory if something isn’t going to return or if online ordering isn't accurate. They also make returns and exchanges a breeze. The store is always organized and clean as well. I’ve been to other locations in our area, and Puyallup takes the prize every time. Keep up the good work ladies and gents!
I could live here. I love bath and body works. Just have to catch them in a sale or it can get really pricey.

Friendly customer service in store. But,On phone customer service not good. You have to repeat self to be understood. Slow slow service over phone.
