Had such a confusing experience in this store yesterday afternoon!! My sister and I were trying to do that sale where you get 6 hand sanitizers at a discount. The man working the floor told us TWICE 'hey if you REALLY like a scent you can get 7 as though you were still getting 6.' Cool. Both times we say 'OK. Thank you.' I love bath and body, but last time everything was $5.95 I came in to shop. What happened may sound ridiculous, it does to me as well. An employee, a transgender individual, was talking in a huddled group of several employees and I heard them say... "She looks like a tweaker.. I mean who comes to bath and body to shop? I mean, I understand buying one or two things, but not shopping." Unfortunately, I'll never come inside of this location again, ever. Thank God for the store at Northgate!!
