Don’t get me wrong; I love BBW. I have used their products for over a decade. But I bought a new car 2 months ago, an Audi Q5, and the oil from the car scentsys leaked into my dash and it ruined my interior. Destroyed. Peeled the protectant right off. I had an Audi dealership confirm it was from scented oils and they can’t warranty it. And replacing my dash (because it’s one big part) is well over $4000 for a replacement! I am so heartbroken.
