I love bath and body, but last time everything was $5.95 I came in to shop. What happened may sound ridiculous, it does to me as well. An employee, a transgender individual, was talking in a huddled group of several employees and I heard them say... "She looks like a tweaker.. I mean who comes to bath and body to shop? I mean, I understand buying one or two things, but not shopping." Unfortunately, I'll never come inside of this location again, ever. Thank God for the store at Northgate!!
Asked for a scent by a name I could remember. I was off on the name and they said it was never made or a holiday scent. Went to another store and asked about the scent by the same name. The person I talked to knew what it was. I was off on the name but was able to purchase what I was there for.
