I will never ever never go to this Bath and Body Works again after very poor lazy customer service borderline discrimination behavior. Barely a greeting on a less than busy time I entered the store and no assistance in finding a product I was hoping for, I was told it may be in a box but "we can't go through the boxes, there are no product names on the boxes" ....I would understand if the store was busy but I was one of 2 in the store. Came in to pick up an online order I placed through the app. I also saw on the app that the car scents were on sale and since I've never tried them I decided to tried one. Well when I took it to the register the girl charged me full price and I said, but is on sale? And she said no its not, so I showed her the price on my app, she then asked her manager to come and asked her what to do if the app was showing it was on sale and the manager told her nope we are not having a sale on those!
