Bath and body works is know for their pleasent welcoming and kind customer service aside from their products. I did get this as I entered store. But the other employees were not as kind. Really surprising that they were not willing to help. Sadly I shopped super quick and exited store. I hate that some associates are not aware they can ruin a great shopping experice by acting in that form. Hope they can change and not make it as unpleasant as my visit was.
The sale's staff was awesome..But this time as a guy the store was overwhelming scent...I couldn't wait to get out.. First time ever that has happened...
