The staff here is amazing! They’re always friendly and patient, and they help me every time I have questions. Honestly, this location in Alameda is the best one compared to the other stores.
Love this place! The workers are extremely helpful.. one of them introduced me to a smell I thought was putrid, but she insisted to let it sit, then smell it.. I was totally sold on that fragrance.. I thanked her like she was "Jesus".. 🤣
I love that that they do my bopis orders pretty quick but anytime I go inside to just smell a new product there’s a lot of workers in the front asking you a lot of questions which I know management forces them to interact with customers but it is very off putting when I really just want to go inside to smell a new fragrance and look around . That’s the only downside everything else is fine
came to see the new collection of summerween and one of the workers randy helped me with an item i was looking for!
