This store is absolutely horrendous, it feels unorganized and I guess they had the district manager in there correcting behaviors on the sales floor which is completely unacceptable. Definitely won’t go back to this location will just order what I need the service was absolutely terrible and the store was dirty. Left completely disgusted.
This is a nice store but the employees could use some extra training. I was picking up an online order and the employee at the register on one side directed me to wait at the empty register on the other side of the store. A line to pick up orders built up but no one ever came to the register and the other employee in the store gathered people from the back of the line to go to the side I started on to get their pickup orders before me, after I had been waiting at the counter for nearly 10 minutes. I did a pickup order said it would be ready in 4 hours that was yesterday, went there yesterday just to check and they said it would be ready tomorrow it’s 5:34 still not ready talking about tomorrow and they can’t cancel it smh I will never do a pickup order if I don’t have time to go in the store I just won’t get it because this is crazy hell hire people just to fulfill pickup orders hell I would have just got the shit shipped
Can't get your order ready in multiple hours and wouldn't let me use my coupon on my phone
