I visited on Sunday and there were two awesome and helpful employees that helped me out with my rewards app. Wonderful customer service, they always make it a pleasure coming to this location
I highly recommend signing up online for there perks or whatever it's called. You get awesome coupons. Free full sized body care up to $16.95 and other great coupons with it. Nice employees that don't mind helping. Im not big on fragrances and perfumes but they have other more natural scents.
This store is absolutely horrendous, it feels unorganized and I guess they had the district manager in there correcting behaviors on the sales floor which is completely unacceptable. Definitely won’t go back to this location will just order what I need the service was absolutely terrible and the store was dirty. Left completely disgusted.
This is a nice store but the employees could use some extra training. I was picking up an online order and the employee at the register on one side directed me to wait at the empty register on the other side of the store. A line to pick up orders built up but no one ever came to the register and the other employee in the store gathered people from the back of the line to go to the side I started on to get their pickup orders before me, after I had been waiting at the counter for nearly 10 minutes.
