I was excited to stop at this particular location because it felt nostalgic and reminded me of shopping at Bath & Body Works with my mom in the 90s when I was little. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by how overbearing the customer service felt. As soon as I walked in, an employee approached me with the usual greeting and sales spiel. Employees definitely make sure you are accommodated but if you are of any kind of lower moderate class they may stalk you some in what seems like the assumption you are stealing which is unsettling and makes you want to leave but they are very nice about.
Customer service was excellent. Staff very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. I will return often.
Prices here are rediculous- go only when sales
Great price for handsoaps but can be slow to check out
