The employees there today were fantastic! There were two girls on the floor who were above and beyond helpful and friendly! The store was super busy and there was tons of staff available! Lots of helpful recommendations! Had a great experience! Give those girls a raise they were working it today! 👍
I went to it maybe a week ago, it is a great location with a vast selection of items. Most of the employees are very helpful and respectful. However, one of the managers, Hamad, I believe is his name, was very passive aggressive with me and sighed whenever I asked him a question. Really felt like talking to a teenage girl. He also made a few rude comments to some of the employees which I find unacceptable. Be professional, Dude.

I would like to sincerely thank Suzie from the Bath & Body Works store at Tanger Outlets in Ottawa. She was incredibly kind and helpful during my visit. Despite the language barrier, she went the extra mile by using a translator to communicate with me, always with patience and a warm smile. Her cordial and professional attitude made my shopping experience truly special. It’s a memory I will carry with affection as part of my time in Canada.
