Melissa and her team are amazing!! Especially Melissa!! She was so helpful, understanding and has tons of empathy. She is definitely one of the best managers we have met through out the city of Ottawa locations!! Thank you Melissa for being such a great help and being so kind to your customers!!

We came into Bath & Body Works with my daughter and had a great experience. There was a “Buy 3, Get 3 Free” promotion, and at first we picked items that didn’t qualify. The consultant, Kayden, was incredibly helpful — she explained everything clearly and helped us choose products that fit the promotion. She was very friendly, welcoming, and honestly just lovely to interact with. It made our shopping experience so much better. We left happy and grateful — wish there were more employees like her!
