Always greeted by employees walking in. Most of the time, they have what I want. Love the variety of fragrances they have.
Love the products but awful customer service. I was returning some items from a semi-annual sale and the manager rolled her eyes at me and said something snarky under her breath. They’ve lost a loyal customer!
my friend and i got confused by the deals and had to get other items. the worker didn’t know, so called for the manager. she explained the deals. we felt bad holding up the line, so i asked if i could leave the stuff there while we look at other things. the manager (i assume) was SO rude and straight up said “i’ll just stop talking then”, rolled her eyes, and walked to another register. i had a facial and verbal reaction because it was so awkward and unnecessary and she said something snarky back to me while i was walking aw... read more
