The young man that greeted me when I walked into the store was awesome. It was great to see a happy smiling face. He was kind, sweet, very helpful, just a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend going to the Westmoreland Mall.
Ordered online and went to pick up in store. I Waited at the pickup counter for 15 minutes completely ignored and when I went over to the checkout counter, I was rudely told my an angry man in a purple shirt that I needed to go back to the online order counter. And when I told him I was waiting there for 15 minutes and no one helped me, he told me if I didn't want to wait for someone, I need to leave or go find someone else in the store to help me. The sales girl Paige was extremely kind and went out of her way to help. She answered all my questions and was extremely helpful!!
The customer service in this store is amazing! Store personnel go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. They made my purchase and pick up of 24 candles very easy! Thanks to a wonderful staff!!
