Good sales, nice smells.
The young man that greeted me when I walked into the store was awesome. It was great to see a happy smiling face. He was kind, sweet, very helpful, just a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend going to the Westmoreland Mall.
Ordered online and went to pick up in store. I Waited at the pickup counter for 15 minutes completely ignored and when I went over to the checkout counter, I was rudely told my an angry man in a purple shirt that I needed to go back to the online order counter. And when I told him I was waiting there for 15 minutes and no one helped me, he told me if I didn't want to wait for someone, I need to leave or go find someone else in the store to help me.
