Incredibly helpful and kind staff. Ted and Carol helped out while we were there. Ted went out of his way to explain products and even give his personal favorites all with an infectiously positive attitude. When checking out, Carol made sure to explain everything, since i was buying a wall plug in and will be back frequently for refills. Very personable, it was super appreciated.

Always a pleasure! Bath and Body Works is always such a breath of fresh air! Seasonal items make. This store is so much fun and it smells amazing! Have you checked out how fun their nightlights are? A perfect place for gifts and has some amazing sales! In-store pickup In-store shopping Onsite services Credit and debit cards accepted. *Wheelchair accessible entrance, parking lot

I carried things around the store, nobody asked if I needed help, I waited forever at the register and then tried to go to another register only for somebody to tell me that checkout was on the other side, even though I told them I was waiting a long time. I went ahead and put my stuff down and walked out, No one told me to have a nice day. This is by far probably the worst Bath and body Works experience I’ve ever had.
