Great workers. They went above and beyond to help.
Everyone that I have dealt with know the products well. They are patient with the customer. Its a very busy place. Hopefully the staff is appreciated by corporate. That's the ONLY way to keep employees Addendum March 1st, 2025 Thanks to Phoenix and Jackie. Phoenix helped me every step of the way. Phoenix is always attentive, she walks up to the customers!!! I love the sense and products, but I do not appreciate the customer service. I submitted an application, last month. I was told I'd hear back within 2 weeks. I go in person, give them my information to reach out. I called them 3 times today. On each call, I was put on hold 2 times. Then they hung up on me. That is inappropriate customer service. Now I have to come in person, and ask for the manager. I am disappointed and shocked, because of the experience I had.
