just happened to be visiting the area and noticed this store and i had several rewards on my app. we walk through the door and ginger immediately greeted us with the biggest smile and bubbliest personality! she showed us the disney princess collection and helped with every question we had. keep ginger at all cost, she’s such a sweet heart! :)
As a consumer this has been the Upmost unpleasant experience in my life dealing with Bath & Body Works. The customer service is MADNESS, to attempt to speak w/half english speaking representatives is a freaking NIGHTMARE. This will be my LAST & FINAL time wasting my money here. To be treated like nothing & recieve ABSOLUTELY no assistance but have taken my money is diabolical.
