I love this store. I use their handsoaps, candles, room sprays and the plug in scents. I always like to look around cause you always find something fun!!! Staff are always available, knowledgeable, and friendly. Always a nice experience
I’ve always liked Bath & Body Works, but my recent experience at this location was disappointing. The manager I interacted with was quite rude and assumed something I said that I actually didn’t. Instead of trying to clarify, she jumped to conclusions, which made the situation uncomfortable. It felt unfair and unprofessional, and left the store feeling disrespected. Will not be coming back here.
All of the staff at this store are exceptionally kind and courteous. Even though I had a rather detailed request, both the manager and the team assisted me with the utmost professionalism and respect. One staff member, who seemed to be handling this type of special situation for the very first time, apologized for not being able to respond as quickly as they would have liked.
