I had a really positive experience at Bath & Body Works in Market Mall today. While shopping with my daughter, a bit of hand sanitizer accidentally got into her eye, and it was very painful.. her eye turned red and was burning. The staff were incredibly kind, supportive, and quick to help. A special shoutout to Mac, who went above and beyond to assist us. She helped rinse her eye, made sure she was okay, and even came to check on us afterward while we were sitting outside the store. She brought her tissues, and someone even ... read more
