I had recently just burned through all of my candles and was in need of some new ones. As I strolled into Bath and Body Works I was pleasantly greeted by a lovely worker named Jen. She was kind, knowledgeable and informed me of a current sale on single wick candles. I informed her of my favourite fragrances and as a great saleswoman she gassed me up saying I have great taste! I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Bath & Body Works’ online customer service. My card was charged for an order, yet I never received an order confirmation.
