Absolutely worst customer service you could ask for. Remember to check your bags before you leave if you ever come here because the manager Riley likes to save your soaps and whatever you buy for herself. We live and hour away and had to drive all the way back to get our missing items. When we called the “manager” Riley assured us that we are delusional and that she put all of our items in the bag because she “remembers.” She has no solutions for us other than to call the customer support line. I’m only giving 2 stars because of the kind employee who checked me out. My husband and I were walking around at the outlets and saw the signs (yes multiple) in the window for $10.95 candles. We went in and shopped around, grabbed candles as well as quite a few other things. When we checked out we were chatting and just swiped our card. When we walked out of the store we both mentioned that the bill seemed high. When we checked, we had been charged full price for the candles.
