Loved my visit to Bath & Body Works! The store smelled amazing, the products were great quality, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Found everything I needed and had a really good shopping experience. Definitely recommend!

The music was really loud and employees were singing along. Kinda annoying but glad they're having fun 😊
Two rude employees closing on Sept 21, we were the last ones out since the store was closing and after paying you can hear them as soon as we were walking away from the till talking shit, one saying “go home” and the other saying “I know right” one was a black girl and the other, I can’t remember, although props to the girl at the door at least saying “have a good one” overall, other two’s attitudes and customer service was shit. Very rude and disrespectful behavior.
