They scanned my gift card and it said approved on the debit machine but “didn’t go though on their end” and told me to call the contact centre. The guy on the phone was saying that the people in the store needed to do all these things because the money on the card had been used and so I passed the phone to the manager and the manger said “we are too busy, I’m not doing that” handed me back the phone and walked away. I had such a great experience. Carly was friendly, patient, and genuinely made my shopping trip more enjoyable. She helped answer my questions, pointed out some great deals, and made checkout quick and pleasant. Will be re visit this location!
