Customer service in this store is severely lacking!! 3 Latin people working on August 6th,2025. Asked a Latin male about a certain product, his response was “what we have is what we have”, and the Latin female responded it’s only seasonal. But yet they have the candles. The Latin cashier just stood there chewing her gum. Very unprofessional staff!!
employee treats you like thieves
Love shopping here but employees are VERY AGGRESSIVE with trying to get you to shop with their bag. Last visit I had AT LEAST 7 employees ask me if I wanted a bag to my stuff in. 4th time I said no and after that I had to tell others that numerous other employees have already asked. I understand trying to get customers to but more crap but asking me after 2 mins if I want a bag is super obnoxious. Every-time time I go in it’s been like this. Every-time. Even when I am on the PHONE which is very rude to do as well.
