During our stay in Vancouver we stumbled upon this lovely shop. We were greeted friendly and the staff was constantly ready to lend us a helping hand. Especially Johan was devoting his time to us and help us find a fitting product for our needs. 5/5, definitely recommended. And by the way. Some customers take pictures of staff and uploading them to the internet is just embarrassing and not even legal. One of the places where you will not get to hear English at all. The service in this store seems to only cater to a certain demographic. I remember this used to be a place for young girls/women. Ive also witnessed the older staff yelling and abusing the younger girls which was unpleasant to watch. I also dont get how you can be chill over constant broken candles (with glass) as well. It also seems like management doesn't try to protect their staff at least a little bit from customers who take advantage of the younger staff b... read more
