Went in just planning on just getting pillow spray and a car air freshener and I had some of the best customer experience I've had has a shopper. An assistant manager at the waukesha location, Ashlyn was absolutely amazing! I haven’t been able to get my favorite smell since it was discontinued and she went through about 10 different smells with me took her time and genuinely listened to what i had to say. Absolutely wonderful experience! The assistant manager, Ashlyn, was extremely knowledgable and helpful, her customer service was far above anything else I've ever experienced at one of these stores
I’m very disappointed at this location. I walked in on Saturday afternoon. And wasn’t even greeted or helped. The lady in the front would only greet her own kind. As a women of color this was very upsetting. Made me feel not welcomed.
I was here a few weeks ago and bought several candles. There were a few my husband didn’t like so we returned them. The girl at the counter rolled her eyes but said they could still return without receipt and asked for ID and then didn’t ask for my account information or look it up and didn’t tell me it would be on a gift card only. She got irritated because she had to enter my ID manually for whatever reason.
