It's been a while, but I actually felt happy being in the store today. The reason, her name is RUBY. What a fantastic, upbeat, helpful personality she has. So refreshing. I felt she was genuine. It wasn't how she is told to greet and interact with the customers. She made it fun for me. There is only a handful of people that have been genuinely kind to me from this store. Went in just planning on just getting pillow spray and a car air freshener and I had some of the best customer experience I've had has a shopper. An assistant manager at the waukesha location, Ashlyn was absolutely amazing! I haven’t been able to get my favorite smell since it was discontinued and she went through about 10 different smells with me took her time and genuinely listened to what i had to say.
