I was here a few weeks ago and bought several candles. There were a few my husband didn’t like so we returned them. The girl at the counter rolled her eyes but said they could still return without receipt and asked for ID and then didn’t ask for my account information or look it up and didn’t tell me it would be on a gift card only. She got irritated because she had to enter my ID manually for whatever reason. This bath and body works is so clean, so organized, and the staff is so incredibly friendly! Amanda was awesome, and so welcoming! Fantastic customer service, and amazing product knowledge. I will absolutely be back!
I love this location. It’s clean and the staff is always super friendly and helpful!! I stopped in to get some stuff for my boyfriends birthday since he loves the beard oil and the staff helped me pick out things, recommended some of their favorite scents and also helped packed a goodie bag for me. I definitely recommend coming to this location rather then the brookfield or the mall one.
