The staff are so helpful, their selection could be better, they often don't have all the same items as online.
We received such wonderful customer service from Shea! She knew the inventory incredibly well and took the time to suggest scents we might like (we tried SO many!😁), ultimately helping my friend find the perfect body mist! 🩵 Ria was equally lovely at the checkout, with the warmest smile and such welcoming energy! Both made our experience so special. We were super impressed and will DEFINITELY be returning! 🥹✨
I had a very unpleasant experience with a worker named Lily. She scanned one of my items twice, even though I only had 11 items in my bag. I noticed the mistake while I was still at the cashier and pointed out that I had been charged for 12 items. When I asked to return the extra item that was scanned twice, Lily only processed a return for 11 items. Friendly helpful staff
Had a lovely experience at Bath &Body works. Bought a lot of mist, creams and lotions. Wanted to stock up for the year as I will be travelling back soon. Had a great customer service experience and the staff was proactive and readily available to help.
