Terrible experience. Their was a dark hair middle aged women(employee)and a blonde middle aged (employee). Their demeanor was so rude and stuck up. They walked around the store complaining every time someone picked up a bottle to smell a scent. Will never shop their again.
Just visited the store in Hanover pa I was completely ignored and I was the only one in the place.In fact, the 1 person walked right past me walked outside and currently standing there smoking.So of course I left and I will not be back.
I've been to this location multiple times and the dark haired lady, I believe her name is Michelle is always extremely rude and short with customer. She was talking with another associate when I approached to ask a question and the attitude she gave me was like I just interrupted some personal conversation.
