My happy place. I tend to order online and pick up in store. Associates are always very friendly and helpful. It always smells delicious! I love BBW!!

Every time I go there, I am either completely ignored or looked as if I am stealing from them. Well today was the final straw for me. The employees were chatting amongst themselves and then when they did finally help us customers, the first customer happened to be an off duty employee and took forever. The off duty employee realized after the associate rang up all her 15 items that they had not activated the 2x rewards so they had to cancel the order and start the transaction all over.
