I have been going to my BBW store here in Perris and I am so grateful we have one close to home. I have a couple of complaints abt this particular store and that there is no customer interaction, no welcome in, no asking if you are looking for anything in particular?, or let me help you find something, nothing 😕 ! Another thing, when we Customers are shopping they are stocking right in front of us w/out saying excuse me, let me move out your way, nothing. Customer service is terrible here. If you need help dont bother asking because they get annoyed and give attitude. Employees are always talking amongst each other rather then helping people. Management must not care at all. I stopped going there
A little irritated this morning as the website says 10:00am opening, aswell as sign on door. We are here waiting and it is closed. Several people have pulled up and walked up to a closed door that clearly is advertising it’s open. It’s a bummer when u have your morning planned and this happens.
