Ordered online and the store is closed. I have gone 2 days in a row and tried to pick it up and the sign on the door says temporarily closed. Customer service told me to go in to the store to cancel the order but i cant do that either if its closed.
Friendly and quick experience. Ordered online and picked up pretty fast. I was in and out . Love it.
It's rare that I go into a B&BW store, due to my preference for online shopping, but this is a well stocked store with ample parking and good customer service. This was my first visit to this location, and it was overall a good experience!
On March 19, I received excellent customer service from Annamarie. She kindly informed me about the app and its benefits. I initially went to pick up an order but ended up leaving with 21 additional items. I will only return if Annamarie is working!
