I had an unpleasant shopping experience. I wasn’t greeted nor was I offered a basket no one even told me today’s deals. This is the service every B&BW offered when you walk in the door I’m a frequent shopper with B&BW and a member. I won’t shop at this location again nor will I recommend it. I had a coupon that I wasn’t allowed to use. Good experience every single visit, staff is the best.
I’m an Instacart Shopper, I came in with a long list of products today, 15 3-wick candles of various scents. I shop here casually on my own time but don’t typically shop for the candles so I didn’t know where to find a majority of them. Melissa was absolutely fantastic! She noticed me hesitating and walked up to offer to help me find everything, she was extremely knowledgeable about the products and their locations and had me completely done shopping in 5 minutes flat and helped me manage that many candles by carrying a bag ... read more
