I went to bath and body works today and had excellent customer service from Wendi. She was an absolute doll!! I loved her and I hope I get to see her every time I go to bath and body works. If you need help or are just looking to talk to someone about fragrances I highly recommend Wendi🥰
Ordered online and the store is closed. I have gone 2 days in a row and tried to pick it up and the sign on the door says temporarily closed. Customer service told me to go in to the store to cancel the order but i cant do that either if its closed.
Friendly and quick experience. Ordered online and picked up pretty fast. I was in and out . Love it.
It's rare that I go into a B&BW store, due to my preference for online shopping, but this is a well stocked store with ample parking and good customer service. This was my first visit to this location, and it was overall a good experience!
