This place always has the best smelling soap and lotion of any place around. When they go on sale, I'm there stocking up and filling my cabinets with everything from body lotion and hand soap to the specialty items my wife always needs. Give em a try you won't be disappointed, but you will smell better.

Check...inspect your online order purchases!! I recently did an online purchase 4 bottles of body care cream. When I got home, I noticed 1 bottle seemed lighter than the others. When I pulled it out of the bag, it said. "Try Me". What?!? You mean to tell me the associates are that busy or careless the sample got pulled and packed??? I checked that I had 4 bottles but didnt feel the need to pull each one out. I live in 50 mins from BBW. When I returned the manager nonchalantly apologized. Not good business people. I find it very odd that EVERYTIME I time I shop at this location there is this one older lady named Janice that always walks up to me and put her hands through my basket to see what I have. She doesn’t even ask to look through my basket and is constantly following me around the store and asking me a ton questions even after Ive acknowledged that I don’t need any assistance. It’s so obsessive and It’s makes me very uncomfortable and I’m considering shopping at a new location.
