Had purchased a $150.00 gift card around Christmas for my mother. She went to use it recently and they said the card was invalid and wasn't even showing up in their system. Tell me, how does one sell a product not valid or unrecognizable in their inventory? My mom had since emailed them, hoping for a replacement of one that would actually work...
