Staff was very helpful to my granddaughter to purchase items using her coupons.
I absolutely LOVE the BBW in Lawton! It's definitely worth the almost 2 hour drive. All employees are super friendly and courteous. They are helpful and very knowledgeable about product info and location of items in the store. I wouldn't go to any other store. Such a great experience each time I visit. ❤️ Janet Ballard
Staff is rude every time I visit. They are bothered to answer questions and if they can't upsell you products
Went to the store in Lawton bought a new Wall plug in with the light. Used one fragrance wanted to change out and the holder on the inside broke off. I asked to exchange it I had my receipt it was less than 30 days old. Michelle the manager did not ask any questions just right away said no!!! Can't exchange!! Service is not good at all!!
