Had purchased a $150.00 gift card around Christmas for my mother. She went to use it recently and they said the card was invalid and wasn't even showing up in their system. Tell me, how does one sell a product not valid or unrecognizable in their inventory? My mom had since emailed them, hoping for a replacement of one that would actually work... Staff was very helpful to my granddaughter to purchase items using her coupons.
I absolutely LOVE the BBW in Lawton! It's definitely worth the almost 2 hour drive. All employees are super friendly and courteous. They are helpful and very knowledgeable about product info and location of items in the store. I wouldn't go to any other store. Such a great experience each time I visit. ❤️ Janet Ballard
