The workers here are all so lovely!
I was told if I had any unburnt candles from this company I could exchange for a different scent. This was not true at the whiteoaks location. The lady would not allow me to exchange my unused unburnt candle for another scent. I explained i owned this scent already and was gifted the same scented candle and the lady was not going to allow it. I then left whiteoaks confused and upset. I am so disappointed, I went to the store today and they had a great sale so I got so many things for over $70 and they were so heavy. when I went to the cashier she gave me only two small paper bags and I asked her for more bags as I felt it’s so heavy and the bags were going to rip off. She told me she can’t give more more than two bags.
