Honestly, the way the woman working in customer service treated me was really disappointing. It made me feel uncomfortable, and I ended up not buying the product—even though I actually liked it. I truly believe that treating people equally, no matter their nationality, religion, or skin color, is essential in customer service. Everyone deserves respect.
