good selection and good service
I stopped by this shop while visiting Cornwall Centre, and I absolutely loved it! They have a fantastic selection of body lotions, shampoos, shower gels, fragrances, candles, and home scents. While regular prices are a bit high, they frequently offer great deals that make everything affordable. I was obsessed with the Gingham Hero and Freshwater colognes, they smell incredible! Im a loyal shopper at cornwall bath and body works, and everytime i go, everyone is so nice to me i have bought a lot of products and send people downtown,recently I have noticed soo much a lady who watches me amd whispered when im there I found out from another worker her name is Zara she is a supervisor I beleive. She watches me and talks to everyone to not help me. Someone needs to let her go she is so rude and thinks she can tell her employees to not help me out . The worst place to ever shop! Worst customer service ever! With the $5 sales it’s easy to buy gifts. So I went there to grab a few and for myself I grabbed the new Christmas collection and I am aware about the fact that holiday products are not a part of the sale. But yet 2 employees come up to me when I’m minding my own business and say that ‘just so you know those are not $5’. I don’t give a crap about the price. Definitely rude cashier!! Just totally ruined my good day! Can confirm the bad reviews here are alike. Maybe have some more absurd training or else just quit your job if you don't like it. I love the products but the staff are worth 0 stars.
