The sales associate was really friendly and helped me as soon as possible
I wanted to buy four candles and asked for two small bags, as I intended to gift them to someone. However, the staff refused to give me two bags and told me they could only offer one medium-sized bag. I made several requests, but the supervisor on duty firmly said, "No means no." I found this response disrespectful and disappointing, especially in front of my wife. I would like to speak with the manager of Bath & Body Works at Cornwall Centre. I hope that if you read this review, you will contact me. Thank you.
