I had a very bad experience at the store. Someone took my wallet and stole all my CAD and USD cash. I am still waiting for an update. They told me they would call me but until now no update

Great experience in-store today. When I walked through the door, I was greeted immediately and directed to cash for help with my pickup order. I had placed a pick-up in-store order during the sale on three-wick candles (which showed in stock at the Pickering location). I mistakenly thought my order was ready for pickup after quickly opening the confirmation email.
