I had a very bad experience at the store. Someone took my wallet and stole all my CAD and USD cash. I am still waiting for an update. They told me they would call me but until now no update

Great experience in-store today. When I walked through the door, I was greeted immediately and directed to cash for help with my pickup order. I had placed a pick-up in-store order during the sale on three-wick candles (which showed in stock at the Pickering location). As someone who frequents this mall but shops at different locations for a Bath and Body Works that has quality of service, I wasn’t surprised to be given the cold shoulder the moment I walked in. I wasn’t greeted, was brushed by an employee who didn’t even say excuse me or a quick hello, and was left to explore the store from front to back for over twenty minutes.
