I'm not sure about the actual stores, I shop online and get it delivered. I have to tell you though, these candles and air fresheners are simply amazing!

The store is supposed to close at 7pm but the lady refused to open the store at 6:50pm. I showed her the time from outside the store but she didn’t let us in the store while there were other customers shopping inside that had entered already

I am extremely upset with my recent experience at Bath & Body Works. As a woman of color, I made two separate purchases and politely asked if I could receive an additional coupon for the second transaction. To my surprise, I was told no, citing the policy of one coupon per person, not per transaction. However, I witnessed other customers—who were not people of color—being given two coupons, often without even asking.
