I went in today and had such a great experience, personally Im not one to buy from bath and body works but there was this sale going on that I had to check out. Everyone was quite lovely as well which was nice as not every store in the mall greets their customers. Also Annie helped my girls pick some things for their teachers for an end of the year gift. I may actually start shopping here more, once Im done with what I have (or not!)

This store often contaminates the entire surrounding area with multiple highly irritating chemical fragrances that cause breathing difficulty. This makes several stores inaccessible even with respirator, including the eyeglasses store, which serves a medical need. Please do not open/spray products in the hall, increase your ventilation and/or keep your doors closed so people can safely access the mall.

I was prepared to make a purchase but was told the store cannot accept cash over $20 and could not make $2 in change. I only had $50 bills, so I had to leave without buying anything. Policies like this discourage the use of cash and effectively promote a cashless model, which excludes customers who prefer or rely on legal tender. Cash remains legal tender in Canada, and customers should have the option to use it. what’s worse is two years to find Where this was sold

Went in to see what was all still left on sale during the SAS and there was so much stock!! Lots of good finds!! and the customer service was great (specifically this one lady) she was SUPER nice and attentive!!
