the sales are AMAZING. unfortunately the scent I love most I heard is not coming back, the Disney Cinderella scent line. I spent 70$ there in 2 days on so much stuff. majority of what I bought was 75% off. I got so much for that price, it was awesome! the staff are always kind and helpful. it's usually the same handful of staff whenever I go in, if I ask about a scent they always show me other products they havd in the same scent, I love that! this one lady rememberd I liked the vanilla lavender and showed me all the product... read more
Had a recent interaction with two employees this weekend. When requesting assistance, it was presumed I would know where the replacement item would be for an exchange. I communicated clearly I did not know where to look. I then searched the shelves through the store alone with no help for about 5 minutes, until I asked another associate for help. Needless to say, I will avoid this shop when I see this employee. I did not feel welcome or that my business was appreciated. Strange.

I spend a lot of money here. Today was Boxing Day and I got there before it opened so I waited outside the store. Wasn’t making any noise, wasn’t banging on the door trying to get in, simply waited quietly and patiently for the store to open. An employee was putting up signs outside the store, saw me and said she’d let me in after she put the signs up.
