Outstanding customer service by Brita! She is knowledgeable, funny and always makes great suggestions. Love this store!!
The cashier was nice, however, the manager seems to always be in a mood. She greeted me with a comment that seemed rather absurd “just mooching around?” Excuse me? First store I walk into and I’m greeted with passive aggression. If you’re having a bad day, just say good morning OR just let me know there’s a sale going on?!??? Petition for new management at bath and body works

I went in today and had such a great experience, personally Im not one to buy from bath and body works but there was this sale going on that I had to check out. Everyone was quite lovely as well which was nice as not every store in the mall greets their customers. Also Annie helped my girls pick some things for their teachers for an end of the year gift. I may actually start shopping here more, once Im done with what I have (or not!)
This store often contaminates the entire surrounding area with multiple highly irritating chemical fragrances that cause breathing difficulty. This makes several stores inaccessible even with respirator, including the eyeglasses store, which serves a medical need. Please do not open/spray products in the hall, increase your ventilation and/or keep your doors closed so people can safely access the mall.
