I have shopped at this store several times. I’ve spent hundreds and more at this store . Most of the employees are nice . I can’t remeber her name but she is an older woman and love her. However their manager Maddy/maddie needs to learn customer service and an attitude check. Gross behavior. I was in the middle of checking out. Found out it was an online sale only. I was standing by the door waiting on a friend to finish purchasing a perfume when a worker asked me if i needed help with anything. I responded with “no thank you” and she replied asking me to leave the store. I asked her why and she told me you never know what someone else is going through, and then continued to tell me about someone who had recently passed in her family. Most workers were very kind but some need training. I didn’t catch her name, but a pink haired worker took out problems outside of work on to me and my friend. I had a spoon in my mouth, and she came up and said take it out. I said okay, and tried to say it was a new one. Mind you these spoons are supposed to be used so if they are dirty something needs to be done.
