This is our fave BBW store. The staff, all of them, are fantastic, conscientious, helpful, and fun! We are frequent visitors and always love the shopping experience. They help us find things, give us tips, and notify us of big sales coming up. The store is clean and impeccable, always. They are pet friendly and are extremely welcoming and hospitable to our dog. It’s really an event & destination for us.
Her name is spelled differently but kayla was so sweet she helped me pick different scents, she was just amazing when she wasn’t helping me she was being great to everyone else. She needs a raise!
