staff is very polite and helpful
I’ve visited Bath & Body Works locations in Edmonton and Calgary over the years, and right now I mostly shop at the Fort McMurray location. I honestly love their products, especially the candles, body care, soaps, and seasonal collections. I usually end up finding more things than I planned to buy 😅 The store is always clean and organized, and the staff have been friendly every time I visit. I went to Bath & Body works yesterday which was Dec 12th/25 in Fort McMurray & received awesome service from an associate named Ini. Keep smiling
I've noticed something odd about this store after visiting a couple of times. The cashiers know who to ask 'if someone helped them' and who not to ask because somehow they know that they haven't been helped. I'm curious why staff help SOME people and not others and how the cashier knows who gets help and who doesn't?
